Schedule: Monday – Friday - 8:00am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities:
· Installation, service, and ongoing maintenance of office product equipment usually within the specified area in a timely and cost-effective manner
· Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience.
· Provide excellent on-site service calls by promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with Toshiba service and products.
Qualifications:
· Demonstrates technical trouble-shooting abilities.
· Proficient technical skills and aptitude
· Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and the ability to follow up to ensure closure of all issues.
· Must be a team player.
· PC Application and/or Networking fundamentals
· Possess a valid driver’s license and own a car.
